Symptom narrative

- Felt sluggish, had a low-grade fever, chills, and headache on March 14th - Experienced indigestion or GERD on March 17th - Developed worsening abdominal pain and one episode of vomiting on March 18th - Had five bowel movements on March 18th, not typical for the patient, but not diarrhea - Experienced intense itching and hives overnight - Hives and itching noticed mainly on the belly and groin, also under the bra and underwear line - Reports no respiratory issues, difficulty breathing, tongue swelling, or lip swelling
