administered a Hiberix expired dose; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 1-year-old female patient who received Hib (Hiberix) (batch number TL3KP, expiry date 15-MAR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 16-MAR-2026, the patient received Hiberix. On 16-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Hiberix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: administered a Hiberix expired dose). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 16-MAR-2026 The nurse reported that administered a Hiberix expired dose.
