Symptom narrative

uncontrollable shaking; unable to walk; Legs were extremely painful; weak; injection site from arm she got shot in right arm still sore; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A 57-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 12Feb2026 as dose 1, single (Lot number: MY9548) at the age of 57 years, in right arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Blood pressure" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: This is why the doctor recommended the shot. "congestive heart failure" (unspecified if ongoing); "TIAs" (unspecified if ongoing); "stroke" (unspecified if ongoing); "Covid" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: several times. The patient took concomitant medications. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious) with onset 12Feb2026, outcome "not recovered", described as "injection site from arm she got shot in right arm still sore"; PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious) with onset 13Feb2026, outcome "not recovered", described as "Legs were extremely painful", GAIT INABILITY (non-serious) with onset 13Feb2026, outcome "unknown", described as "unable to walk"; TREMOR (non-serious) with onset 13Feb2026, outcome "recovered" (2026), described as "uncontrollable shaking"; ASTHENIA (non-serious) with onset 13Feb2026, outcome "not recovered", described as "weak". The events "uncontrollable shaking", "unable to walk", "legs were extremely painful" and "weak" required emergency room visit. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of tremor, gait inability, pain in extremity, asthenia, vaccination site pain. Additional information: Patient had adverse rection, had to go to emergency room. Went to emergency room, they did not do any testing or anything. They gave her medication to stop the reaction. Legs were extremely painful, weak, uncontrollable shaking. She had uncontrollable shaking, was unable to walk, legs were extremely painful, weak. Was at home, had to go use restroom, literally had to put body against wall to prevent herself from falling. Still having problems with legs. All of these occurred at once. Less than 24 hours later, on 13Feb2026, had reaction. Treatment: Unable to clarify name of medication caller was given to stop reaction, was given in emergency room. Patient was not admitted to hospital, was just in emergency room. Has probably gotten a little bit worse. Has to stand at work, could not stand more than 4 hours. By hour 3, in so much pain, wants to cry. Has been working 4 hours shifts, part time. Uncontrollable shaking resolved itself with whatever medication she was given at hospital. Injection site, from arm she got shot in, right arm, still sore. Arm still sore, has been sore since injection. Has stayed the same. On medications for heart but, none of the other medications she was on, had expired. They do not contradict with the injection." Please add questionnaire details also in the paragraph
