Symptom narrative

Have a large red rash; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A 71-year-old female patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), on 10Mar2026 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 71 years for immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. There were no concomitant medications. The following information was reported: RASH ERYTHEMATOUS (non-serious) with onset 10Mar2026, outcome "unknown", described as "Have a large red rash". Relevant laboratory tests and procedures are available in the appropriate section. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of rash erythematous. The information on the batch/lot number for pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) will be requested and submitted if and when received. Additional information: She got the Pneumonia Pfizer 20 injection on Tuesday and now it was four days after and she still have a large red rash and she was just worried, was that ever going to go, everyday she thought it was going to go and she still have it. Other Medical Condition and Concomitant medication: Consumer stated, No, not taking anything. Lab Test: Consumer stated, the same day she had the injection she had a full lab workup, just everything came back normal. It was too many things to go into, so everything was fine. There was not issues. There was no problems. Any other vaccine on same day of Prevnar 20: No. Any prior vaccination within four weeks: No. Treatment: she used ice on, that did not work. Medical Condition: None.
