The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION FAILURE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset Dec2025, outcome "unknown" and all described as "came back in Mid December to test positive for COVID". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: COVID-19: (Dec2025) positive. Clinical Course: Patient reported that "I got the COVID shot in November, then I went overseas and came back in Mid December to test positive for COVID". No follow-up attempts are possible.
