At 1st the patient thought it was just heat rash. The patient got medical treatment the next day and never got the bad blisters. Swollen nerves drove patient crazy for a couple weeks. The patient would rather give birth to another 10-pound baby than go through shingles again. Beer, nuts and bread could trigger the nerves. The patient did not get vaccines, but doctor talked her/ him into the shingles shot. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure since the details regarding completion of primary vaccination schedule time to onset, laboratory confirmation of shingles was not reported.
