Symptom narrative

The patient reports developing a ?fuzzy? sensation on Thursday (1/29/26) after receiving the Tdap vaccine. On Friday, he experienced increased fatigue, chest discomfort, and elevated blood pressure. According to his Mobile EKG monitor, readings on Friday and Saturday indicated ?possible A-fib.? Since Sunday, he has been in sinus rhythm with overall improvement in symptoms.
