Patient states she has awful runny nose , bad cough / dry cough , sneezing and wheezing is severe , bleeding from nose became frequent , states she has a lot of sticky / yellow mucus since vaccine . States she went to her PCP doctor Dr. on 03/12/2026 , who states it is asthma , and patient believes it is not . Saw Dr. for allergy symptoms 03/16/2026 .
