Symptom narrative

Vasovagal episode lasting about 30 seconds after Yellow Fever and Typhoid vaccinations: Patient reported feeling dizzy after 2 vaccines, was positioned supine with legs elevated, patient's heart rate dropped from low 50's at baseline to mid 40's, and then fainted. No injuries sustained when fainted. Patient remained supine with legs elevated until recovered, vitals were monitored, oral fluids, crackers, and yogurt were given. Patient recovered well. Hepatitis A vaccination was then given at patient request. No further incident.
