Symptom narrative

She delivered her baby and subsequently was admitted with progressive numbness, tingling and weakness and diagnosed with autoimmune demyelinating polyneuropathy/axonal variant Guillain Barre resulting in prolonged respiratory failure requiring tracheostomy and ongoing ventilatory support due to severe persistent weakness despite IVIG and plasmapheresis. She had received RSV vaccine end of November 2025, and Moderna Vaccine December 2025. Prior Influenza Vaccine in September 2025.
