Confirmed no symptomatic AE; TE for PROQUAD that had an excursion on 20-JAN-2026/a dose was administered to patient on 30-JAN-2026.; This spontaneous report was received from a registered nurse (R. N.) concerning a patient of unspecified age and gender. The patient's medical history, past medications, concurrent conditions, concomitant medications and drug reactions/allergies were not reported. On 20-Jan-2026, doses of measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) and varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) underwent a temperature excursion. On 30-Jan-2026, a dose (1 dosage form) of improperly stored MMR and varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) powder and solvent for solution for injection/infusion, batch/lot number Z014409, expiration date 10-Mar-2027, which was diluted with sterile diluent solution for injection (batch/lot# and expiration date were not reported) was administered to the patient as prophylaxis (dosage regimen, anatomical location and route of administration were not provided) (product storage error.)
