During vaccine administration, patient's arm tensed up. Immediately following this, looked pale, had nausea, dizziness, lightheadedness. BP 86/54, BG 113. Patient was sat down, given water, BP improved back to normal within 10 minutes. Patient had large BM after episode.

Chronic vasovagal syncope but has never occurred with immunizations
Doxepin 10 mg QHS, Lamictal 150 mg QD, Norethindrone 5 mg QD, Vit D 50,000 once weekly, Bentyl 10 mg PRN (did not take on day), Hydroxyzine 50 mg PRN (did not take on day)

None. Has had prior extensive cardiac eval for vasovagal syncope in 2024
