I am still in good health. I used to be in excellent health. I exercise 3 days in 7. Aerobics 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour; each day weight lifting (maintenance of 12 muscle groups). Sleep 8 hours. Am well rested when I awake. Eat mostly fresh food. Avoid "junk" food. Vaccinations: fall/winter '25. Seasonal flu, covid (booster?), pneumonia. No reactions to these shots. Narrative of health following R.S.V shot. Day one. (2-18). No side effects, little to no arm soreness. Usual workout day but reduced the usual routine. Went to bed feeling ok. Good sleep. Day two (2-19). Usual early wake-up and to the hospital (7 hrs volunteer in day dispatch office. Nose running constantly. Very low energy. Some general muscle and joint aches. Not related to workout day before. Little appetite. To bed by 9 pm. Somewhat fitful (restless) sleep. Day three (2-20) awoke tired. Very low energy all day. Little appetite. Should have been a workout day. Impossible. Runny nose-less. Day four (2-21). Sleep better but still little to no energy. Read all day. Continued low appetite. Day five (2-22). Ok sleep - still no energy. Nose dried-up. Moped about all day. Day six (2-23) feeling better (not 100 percent). Appetite returned. Day seven (2-24) pretty much feeling better. Note: no fever. O2 saturation levels low throughout event (usual 95-96 percent) hovering at 90-91 percent for first 3-4 days. Continued my breathing medication throughout event. You have my permission to check my immunization record with state. Because of my activity to the medical center I am well protected. Tested positive (feeling flu symptoms) 2 yrs ago - tested positive for covid - "light" experience.
