Due to a refrigerator malfunction the viability of the vaccines came into question. In speaking with both manufacturers, it was determined that the COVID vaccine was ok but the patient would need to be revaccinated for her flu shot. the patient has been contacted and informed of this. she was experiencing no symptoms currently. At this time, she is unsure if she wants to be re-vaccinated .
