On 13-Mar-2026, the patient was vaccinated with improper storage of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX), Powder and solvent for solution for injection (lot #Z016560, expiration date: 28-Oct-2027) 0.5 mL (anatomical route of administration were not reported); the vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (lot #2173886, expiration date: 06-Aug-2027) for prophylaxis.
