Nurse called and reported inadvertent administration of an extra dose of Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE): on 08-JAN-2026, the patient received a dose of Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) (1 dosage form, total), administered for prophylaxis (exact dose, route, lot# and expiration date were not reported).
