Havrix third pediatric dose given to an adult after two previous pediatric doses given within the age recommendations; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 21-year-old male patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number C24B9, expiry date 06-MAY-2026) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included havrix (received the first dose on 18-JAN-2010) and Havrix (received the second dose on 21-FEB-2011). On 11-MAR-2026, the patient received the 3rd dose of Havrix. On 11-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: Havrix third pediatric dose given to an adult after two previous pediatric doses given within the age recommendations).
