hot; turn red; arm blew up significantly/swelling; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of extremities hot feeling of in a 55-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced extremities hot feeling of (Verbatim: hot), erythema of extremities (Verbatim: turn red) and swelling arm (Verbatim: arm blew up significantly/swelling). The outcome of the extremities hot feeling of, erythema of extremities and swelling arm were unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the extremities hot feeling of, erythema of extremities and swelling arm to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the extremities hot feeling of, erythema of extremities and swelling arm to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 13-MAR-2026 There was a first patient to whom reporter had given the Shingrix vaccine, and during the subsequent visit he reported that he had experienced a severe localized reaction. Patient's arm had swollen significantly, turned red and hot, and he had swelling. Patient had not experienced any difficulty swallowing or shortness of breath. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
