Symptom narrative

Site became very itchy, red, tender, and swollen. Over the course of two days the redness, swelling, and itchiness worsened. Treatment course of action cool compress on site, hydrocortisone, and Zyrtec. Continued that for a day with improvement, continued that for another day complete improvement.
