Symptom narrative

Patient came in requesting to have her arm looked at where the Shingrix vaccine was placed on 03/17/2026. developed fever, body aches, sore left arm and a "bubble" over the injection site. now redness around the site. feels better overall. also states her skin looked green. Reassurance given. observe for any worsening redness/swelling to reassess. can take antihistamine, Tylenol prn. recheck for any concerns
