Due to a refrigerator malfunction the viability of the vaccines came into question. In speaking with the vaccine manufacturer, it was determined that the patient would need to be revaccinated for his TDAP. The patient has been contacted and informed of this. She did not report any symptoms or side effects currently. At this time, she will re-vaccinate during her next office visit.
