Symptom narrative

Due to a refrigerator malfunction the viability of the vaccines came into question. In speaking with both manufacturers, it was determined that the COVID vaccine was ok, but the patient would need to be revaccinated for his flu shot. The patient has been contacted and informed of this. He is currently not reporting and symptoms or side effects other than feeling congested in his head. At this time, he is choosing not to re-vaccinate.
