Symptom narrative

Mother reports that patient woke this AM with red swollen left knee(had cell phone picture) and was having trouble walking; she gave him tylenol and since then swelling has gone down; examined at 12 noon if office and left knee slight puffier than right, no redness and normal gait. Plan to observe as patient seems happy and comfortable now, give tylenol if needed but if worsening, to ER; No fever.
