Alzheimer; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of alzheimer's disease in a adult female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced alzheimer's disease (Verbatim: Alzheimer) (serious criteria GSK medically significant). The outcome of the alzheimer's disease was unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the alzheimer's disease to be related to Shingles vaccine. The company considered the alzheimer's disease to be unrelated to Shingles vaccine. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 12-MAR-2026 This case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media. The reporter stated that patient took the shingles vaccine and then developed Alzheimer's. The batch number was not provided and unable to contact the reporter.; Sender's Comments: A case of Dementia Alzheimer's type, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, in an adult female patient.
