On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: suspected vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and shingles (Verbatim: shingles/several bumps/blisters on rib cage). The outcome of the vaccination failure was not reported and the outcome of the shingles was not resolved. Patient had the shots and at the time of reporting was trying to get over shingles. Also stated that it was bad 10 days ago, several bumps/blisters on rib cage and every time he/she thought it was completely gone but another bump came up one on either side. Patient thought they were never going away. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details regarding completion of primary vaccination schedule, time to onset for shingles and laboratory confirmation regarding shingles were unknown at the time of reporting.
