Symptom narrative

Patient came for three vaccines. MMR and IPOL administered without initial issues. Patient was relaxed and discussing his trip home overseas with his wife. While moving to the right side for Varivax administration, patient suddenly lost consciousness, head dropped to the left and body slouched over, no signs of movement or responsiveness for about 1 to 2 minutes. I attempted to lower the patient safely to the floor, and upon lowering patient to the floor noticed arms and legs curling in seizure like motions. Patient regained consciousness shortly after. I had him lay on the floor while waiting for EMS.
