Symptom narrative

She developed progressive weakness starting on 2/26/2026 and was admitted to the hospital on 3/11/2026 and ultimately diagnosed with Guillan Barre Syndrome. She was treated with IVIG x 4 days. She was discharged from inpatient rehab on 3/18/2026 with improvement but not resolution.
