Symptom narrative

The patient received the Arexvy vaccine on 9/11/2023 and received a second inappropriate Abrysvo dose the morning of 03/21/2026. I followed up with the patient in the afternoon of 03/21/26, they have not had any adverse reaction since receiving a second dose of RSV. A Quality Related Event (QRE) report was completed for the incident.
