Symptom narrative

I got the covid shot at [withheld] in [withheld city, state], they have all lots and codes and information. I began having severe pain on right muscle area and then tendons and veins. I went to a Dr. {name withheld] the follow Thursday morning. I still have severe problems moving, have gone to physical therapy, didn't correlate it until therapy.. Thought it was arthritis but its only where shot is. I got excessive sick nausea.. And have problems using arm..loss of muscle and use.
