Symptom narrative

On Day 2, presented with left arm pain along with pain in posterior /side lower rib cage - intermittent but impacts getting in and out of bed, car, chairs?. Pain still present on day 3? intermittent. Tylenol has not helped so stopped after 2 pills taken on day 2. Usually only experiences arm pain with body aches and fatigue.

Osteo per bone density tests but no impact to physical status ?.
