No additional AE reported; accidentally administered GARDASIL 9 to a 17 month old patient that was meant for her older brother.; This spontaneous report was received from a physician concerning a 17-month-old female patient. The patient's medical history, past medications, concurrent conditions, concomitant medications and drug reactions/allergies were not reported. On 12-Mar-2026, a medical assistant accidentally administered human papillomavirus 9-valent vaccine, recombinant (GARDASIL 9 ) suspension for injection to the patient, 0.50 mL total, batch/Lot Number Y013818, expiration date 12-Feb-2027 (anatomical location and route of administration were not reported), which was meant to be administered to her older brother as prophylaxis (wrong patient received product.) No additional adverse event (AE) was reported (no adverse event.)
