The patient's medical history, past medications, concurrent conditions, concomitant medications and drug reactions/allergies were not reported. On 12-Mar-2026, a medical assistant accidentally administered human papillomavirus 9-valent vaccine, recombinant (GARDASIL 9 ) suspension for injection to the patient, 0.50 mL total, batch/Lot Number Y013818, expiration date 12-Feb-2027 (anatomical location and route of administration were not reported), which was meant to be administered to her older brother as prophylaxis (wrong patient received product.)
