Oxygen dropping; Difficulty catching breath; Muscle weakness/I have had muscle weakness; Shaking; Fatigue/fatigue throughout my body; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of muscle weakness in a 56-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included chickenpox. Concomitant products included hydrochlorothiazide;lisinopril (Lisinopril Hct). On 11-FEB-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (left arm). On 11-FEB-2026, less than a day after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced muscle weakness (Verbatim: Muscle weakness/I have had muscle weakness), tremor (Verbatim: Shaking) and fatigue (Verbatim: Fatigue/fatigue throughout my body). On 14-MAR-2026, the patient experienced difficulty breathing (Verbatim: Difficulty catching breath). On 15-MAR-2026, the patient experienced oxygen saturation decreased (Verbatim: Oxygen dropping). The outcome of the muscle weakness, tremor, fatigue, oxygen saturation decreased and difficulty breathing were not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the muscle weakness, tremor, fatigue, oxygen saturation decreased and difficulty breathing to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 16-MAR-2026 The patient received his first dose of Shingrix on 11-FEB-2026 and stated that starting directly after receiving the vaccine that same day, he started experiencing Muscle weakness, shaking, and fatigue and these adverse events have gotten worse and worse since first receiving the vaccine, and he still had all those side effect a lot worse today, 16-MAR-2026. The patient also reported that last night, 15-MAR-2026, his oxygen was dropping and it was 93 at the lowest. The patient also reported that yesterday, 15-MAR-2026, or the day before, 14-MAR-2026, (no specific date provided), he was having difficulty catching his breath and was taking shallower breaths, which was still occurring today, 16-MAR-2026. The patient reported that he had seen his physician and had several rounds of blood tests and a thyroid check, all of which were ok. The patient was having an MRI this afternoon, 16-MAR-2026. The patient had not been prescribed any medications during this time. The symptoms seem to be slowly getting worse. Patient was seeing a doctor and undergoing testing including a MRI.
