Body wide muscle weakness; Shaking; Fatigue; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of generalized muscle weakness in a 56-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. In FEB-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. In FEB-2026, less than a month after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced generalized muscle weakness (Verbatim: Body wide muscle weakness), tremor (Verbatim: Shaking) and fatigue (Verbatim: Fatigue). The outcome of the generalized muscle weakness, tremor and fatigue were not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the generalized muscle weakness, tremor and fatigue to be related to Shingrix.
