Interchange with Penbraya; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of interchange of vaccine products in a patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Meningococcal vaccine A/B/C/W/Y (Penbraya) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Bexsero and Penbraya. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero and an unknown time after receiving Penbraya, the patient experienced interchange of vaccine products (Verbatim: Interchange with Penbraya). They had given the patient Penbraya at 0 months and had then accidentally given Bexsero at 6 months. They were now asking when they should give the second dose of Bexsero to complete the series. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
