Maladministration of Havrix After the Expiration Date; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 73-year-old male patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number 2345B, expiry date 02-FEB-2026) for prophylaxis. On 09-FEB-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Havrix. On 09-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Maladministration of Havrix After the Expiration Date). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 17-MAR-2026 The nurse reported an expired first dose (02-FEB-2026) of Havrix was administered to a patient on 09-FEB-2026.
