Symptom narrative

Patient was seen in the clinic 3/19/26 for a Hepatitis B vaccine booster due to being non-immune from a titer done 3/13/26. Patient presented with swelling and bruising at the injection site (left deltoid) from the Meningococcal B Bexsero vaccine given on 3/13/26. Patient reports having the reaction the day after receiving the vaccine. Reports applying ice to the area. Reports the bruising and swelling has improved since then. Patient denied fever and doctor noted patient has full range of motion of the left arm and no drainage.
