Kidney stones; Liver has been impacted/liver damage; MINOCA; Coronary microvascular dysfunction; Lymphatic system is completely full of fluid; Heart issues; Eyes are being impacted/astigmatism; Full body edema, head to toe; Granulosis showing up in left lung in the upper and lower lobes with ground-glass opacity in the right middle lobe of the right lung; Nervous system was affected with numbness at the whole external part of the right leg–from the hip to ankle; Gastrointestinal system is a total mess/gastrointestinal system was so sluggish/ lot of difficulty with bowel movements; Swelling of joints in the hands, elbows, feet, and knees, further referring to it as very difficult to move, very painful, very tight, and very swollen; Dots around ankles and was told it was blood vessels breaking down in ankles because had so much edema; Swelling of joints in the hands, elbows, feet, and knees, further referring to it as very difficult to move, very painful, very tight, and very swollen; Can't even walk down a street; Extreme gas; Shingles three times in one year/first time was in July 2024; Experienced gradual weight gain; It is also currently impacting liver as having pain in the abdomen, and the doctors believe it is the liver/burning in the abdomen; Skin is horrible/extremely dry skin; Lips because break open and seep; Internal heat that's horrible/hot sensation in the mouth /hot feeling; Got sick; Weak; Felt horrible; Dizzy; Nauseated; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of NEPHROLITHIASIS (Kidney stones), LIVER INJURY (Liver has been impacted/liver damage), ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION (MINOCA) and MICROVASCULAR CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE (Coronary microvascular dysfunction) in a 59-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch nos. 025A21A, 045A21A and 060H21A) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. The patient's past medical history included Tooth extraction. On 26-Feb-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) .5 milliliter. On 26-Mar-2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) dosage was changed to .5 milliliter. On 18-Jan-2022, received third dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) dosage was changed to .5 milliliter. In 2021, the patient experienced ILLNESS (Got sick), ASTHENIA (Weak), FEELING ABNORMAL (Felt horrible), DIZZINESS (Dizzy) and NAUSEA (Nauseated). In August 2021, the patient experienced DRY SKIN (Skin is horrible/extremely dry skin), CHAPPED LIPS (Lips because break open and seep), FEELING HOT (Internal heat that's horrible/hot sensation in the mouth /hot feeling) and HEPATIC PAIN (It is also currently impacting liver as having pain in the abdomen, and the doctors believe it is the liver/burning in the abdomen). In 2022, the patient experienced WEIGHT INCREASED (Experienced gradual weight gain). In July 2024, the patient experienced HERPES ZOSTER (Shingles three times in one year/first time was in July 2024). On an unknown date, the patient experienced NEPHROLITHIASIS (Kidney stones) (seriousness criterion medically significant), LIVER INJURY (Liver has been impacted/liver damage) (seriousness criterion medically significant), ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION (MINOCA) (seriousness criterion medically significant), MICROVASCULAR CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE (Coronary microvascular dysfunction) (seriousness criterion medically significant), LYMPHOEDEMA (Lymphatic system is completely full of fluid), CARDIAC DISORDER (Heart issues), ASTIGMATISM (Eyes are being impacted/astigmatism), GENERALISED OEDEMA (Full body edema, head to toe), LUNG OPACITY (Granulosis showing up in left lung in the upper and lower lobes with ground-glass opacity in the right middle lobe of the right lung), HYPOAESTHESIA (Nervous system was affected with numbness at the whole external part of the right leg–from the hip to ankle), INFREQUENT BOWEL MOVEMENTS (Gastrointestinal system is a total mess/gastrointestinal system was so sluggish/ lot of difficulty with bowel movements), GAIT DISTURBANCE (Can't even walk down a street), FLATULENCE (Extreme gas), JOINT SWELLING (Swelling of joints in the hands, elbows, feet, and knees, further referring to it as very difficult to move, very painful, very tight, and very swollen), PETECHIAE (Dots around ankles and was told it was blood vessels breaking down in ankles because had so much edema) and ARTHRALGIA (Swelling of joints in the hands, elbows, feet, and knees, further referring to it as very difficult to move, very painful, very tight, and very swollen). The patient was treated with Physical therapy (once a week for 90 minutes to the massage therapist) for Lymphoedema and Physical therapy (Therapeutic massage once a week for alleviation of edema) for Generalised oedema. In 2021, ILLNESS (Got sick), ASTHENIA (Weak), FEELING ABNORMAL (Felt horrible), DIZZINESS (Dizzy) and NAUSEA (Nauseated) had resolved. In 2024, HERPES ZOSTER (Shingles three times in one year/first time was in July 2024) had resolved. DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS (normal ranges are provided in parenthesis if available): In 2022, Weight: 136 pounds. In 2025, Weight: Last summer 142 pounds. In July 2025, Weight: 155 pounds. On an unknown date, Antibody test: spike proteins and they were 15,000% too high compared to what they should be based on the COVID vaccine. On an unknown date, Pain assessment: 5 over 10 most days and 8 over 10 throughout the day. No concomitant medications provided by the reporter. The first symptoms were felt by the patient in Aug-2021 but immediately after having the doses back in Feb- 2021 and Mar-2021, the patient got sick for one week approximately 5-7 weeks after each one of these doses. The patient was in bed, sick–weak, nauseated, dizzy, felt horrible for one week. The real change the patient noticed was in patient skin–first for the patient lips, the hot feeling/hot sensation in the patient mouth and burning in the patient abdomen in Aug- 2021 which has never gone away since. The patient lymphatic system was completely full of fluid. The patient had heart issues. It was reported that the patient had already undergone a coronary CT, an echocardiogram, and a stress test. In three weeks, the patient was going to have a cardiac MRI. The patient doctors believed that the patient have either coronary microvascular dysfunction or MINOCA, which the patient confirmed as Myocardial Infarction with Non-Obstructive Coronary Arteries. However, it was claimed by the patient that the patient had no coronary or cardiac issues ever in entire life until now. The eyes of the patient were being impacted and the patient believed that it caused astigmatism which changed the shape of the patient's eyeballs; hence the patient required a new glass. The patient needed a new prescription for the glasses and new glasses every 4 to 5 weeks because of edema. The patient optometrist believed it was due to edema. The patient had full body edema, head to toe. The patient had now kidney stones. The patient has granulosis in left lung, upper and lower lobe, with ground-glass opacity in the right middle lobe of the right lung. The patient had opacity in right lung. It was reported that vaccination was also currently impacting the patient's liver as the patient having pain in the abdomen, and the doctor believed it was the liver, although there was no additional test done with the liver yet. It was reported that the patient had much edema in abdomen which did not only come from vaccine but also the patient has possibly some liver damage. The patient nervous system was affected with numbness at the whole external part of the right leg–from the hip to ankle. The patient gastrointestinal system was completely a mess, which was difficult for the patient to describe. The patient had extreme gas and the patient have a lot of difficulty with bowel movements, and the doctors could not understand why the patient gastrointestinal system was so sluggish. The patient had difficulty of passing bowel movements as very painful and rated it as 5 over 10 most days and 8 over 10 throughout the day when the patient used the restroom. The patient had all kinds of medications due to this. It was reported that the skin and the patient lips were broken open and seep, and the patient have been on a prescription medicine to ease the dryness since Aug-2021. It was reported that the patient used prescription treatment medication multiple times a day. The patient initially mentioned it was the dentist who advised the patient to discontinue the treatment medication because it was dry skin getting into the patient body and that it was for oral use for outside the body. It was reported that patient dermatologist gave a prescription for lips. It was reported that patient dermatologist gave a prescription of treatment medication of steroid for lips. The treatment steroid medication did not help the patient much hence different treatment medication was given to patient which was not a steroid treatment medication. It was reported that the patient was on that prescription every day, multiple times a day of non-steroidal treatment medication and it helped the patient to alleviate the dryness, but it did not solve the problem for the patient. It was reported that the patient went to a therapeutic massage once a week for alleviation of edema that kept forming in the patient's body. The patient was on two different water pills from cardiologist to manually get rid of the edema. The patient experienced swelling of joints in the hands, elbows, feet, and knees, further referred by the patient that it was very difficult to move, very painful, very tight, and very swollen. It was reported that the patient's hands did not look like they used to and the patient did not have arthritis. The patient went to a podiatrist for the issue of feet and had a pair of orthotic shoes to keep certain parts of the patient feet from moving, which eliminated the pain, but the patient felt awkward walking with feet unable to move or able to flex. It was reported that the patient has edema in other parts of body and it did not really cause pain, but the patient's body was very swollen. It was reported that the patient clothes and shoes were all getting extremely stretched out because the patient feet were so bad. The patient went once a week for 90 minutes to the massage therapist and usually spent two hours and the patient tried to get lymphatic system to drain. It was reported that patient massage therapist, who was prescribed by the patient doctor, found edema on the patient skull, around the ears, on the forehead, on the nose, on the cheek, on the chin, the neck, across the chest, the arms were horrible, along the ribs and the abdomen, and the legs and the back. It was reported that the massage therapist found so much edema that it was hot to touch. The massage therapist would then put something to cool the patient down. In certain areas, sometimes it was a little less in one area, but then the next week it was more, and back in that area. So, it really was from head to toe, but it varied a little bit how severe it was in different areas from week to week. The patient experienced gradual weight gain, from being 136 pounds in 2022 and then a year ago to 142 pounds, to 155 pounds in Jul-2025, although the patient eat the same thing, was being very cautious, and was being very active, even planted tropical plants in yard that weighed anywhere from 80 pounds on up that the patient dug out and transplanted every year, and there were 200 of them that the patient moved into greenhouse every winter, and exercised. Last summer, the patient reached 142 pounds, the patient had a hard time to reduce the weight down. It was reported that the patient experienced symptom of fluid ballooned in last summer. It was reported that the patient has dots around ankles, and it was told to patient that blood vessels broke down in the patient ankles because the patient had so much edema upon checking with an urgent care doctor. The patient had shingles three times in one year. The first time was in Jul-2024, lasted about six weeks; the second time was in Apr-2025, lasted for a couple of weeks; and the third time was in May-2025, lasted two months. In Jul-2024, the patient's whole right side of the body was affected, head to toe. In Apr- 2025, the patient's whole left side of the body was affected, head to toe still, but mainly the left arm, left leg, and torso. In May-2025, the patient's whole right side of the body was affected, head to toe as well, particularly on the ear and in the ear, on the eyelids, all over the neck, all over the face, the neck, arm, leg, torso, and then the patient's referred to it as "horrific." It was reported that the patient took total of 36 medications a day and before vaccination the patient took zero medication. The patient was unable to walk down in street and had to walk back slowly. It was reported the vaccine had continued to attack the patient's body and it had been getting worse. The patient had believed that symptoms had progressively worsened over time. It was reported that at the one-year mark the patient had not experienced the symptoms, but at the time of the report, the patient had attributed the symptoms to the vaccine. It was reported that every system was impacted for the patient. The follow-up 1 and 2 information received on 13-Mar-2026 has been processed together in the same cycle.
