Symptom narrative

The patient received tdap vaccine on 3/12 and reported extreme pain in her shoulder later that evening (not in her arm, but in her shoulder). Over the next several days, her range of motion decrease and she is unable to lift her arm above her head easily. She waited several days, but when it didn't feel better, she went to the urgent care on 3/17 and was told that she had bursitis. Patient was advised to take acetaminophen, ice/heat to site, and home exercises. Patient 34 weeks pregnant.
