Symptom narrative

Received Hep A too soon. He was seen in the ER 2/28/2026 for fever. Per ER note, mom reported that entire leg was red and had improved. He followed up with another provider 3/2/2026 for fever and viral upper respiratory infection. Treatment recommendations included fluids, tylenol/ibuprofen.
