Symptom narrative

Patient has infection in both arms following administration of Shingrix & Capvaxive. Redness around the injection site where Shingrix was administer and redness that has spread over a large area of the arm where Capvaxive given. Patient presented to PCP today and was prescribed Cephalexin and was told by prescriber both sites were infected.
