Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Hypotension-Mild, Systemic: Shakiness-Mild, Systemic: Weakness-Mild, Additional Details: Patient said he felt dizzy then passed out completely (while sitting up), then regained consciousness after about 10 seconds. He sat for about 20mins until EMS arrived. They checked his vitals and took over his care. He was cleared and his wife came to pick him up and drive him home.
