Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Additional Details: pt received shingrix vaccine 3/12/26. noticed artm was swelling and hurting that night. came to pharmacy 3/13/26 to let pharmacist know of swelling, bruising and pain and arm was feverish. Patient took tylenol and iced arm. pt came back to pharmacy on 3/15/26 after urgent care visit because arm started to swell further down past the injection site and was still painful. Patient was diagnosed with cellulitis and prescribed cephalexin 500mg to take 4 times a day for 3 days
