Symptom narrative

Systemic: Abdominal Pain-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Nausea-Severe, Systemic: Vomiting-Severe, Additional Details: Pt started to feel unwell as soon as MMR vaccine was given, citing nausea and started to have dry heaving symptoms. She said she felt dizzy and had to lye down at first. We decided to call EMS. Pt started to feel better 10 minutes later. When EMS arrived, she declined transport to the hospital citing that she was feeling a lot better.
