Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient fainted few minutes after vaccine was given. Patient fainted for couple minutes, then slowly gain consciousness. Pharmcist and patient's father were there to help the patient. EMT arrived 5-10 mins later, after evaluation, the parent and patient refused transport to hospital for further evaluation.
