Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Patients states painful shoulder, area of injection is red and inflammed and hard at touch. Patient used benadryl, acetaminophen, and ibuprofen along with ice and heat. Nothing has helped her. She cannot sleep on either side and has an appointment with her PCP.
