Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Mild, Additional Details: Patient says he feels tingling feeling (like an electric shock sensation or feeling like being pricked by thorns) on his left wrist (same arm he got his 1st dose of HPV vaccine). He noticed this after he got his vaccine and still experiences it whenever he moves his hand.
