Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Medium, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Medium, Additional Details: Pt rec'd vaccine at another pharmacy (not clinic but pharmacy) on county line. Complaining of pain, numbness and tingling in the left arm. Recommended ibuprofen and icing. Pain is typical with injection. Numbness and tingling less likely, if doesn't resolve with nsaid/ice within a week or if worsens/new symptoms, advsised further eval.
