Symptom narrative

Pt came into pharmacy 5 days later complaining of arm redness/warm to touch. Says redness at site has grown. She received both shots into upper left arm after stating she couldn't get shots into her right arm. Advised pt to take Tylenol for the warmth and swelling and to visit an urgent care for further eval to see if antibiotics are warranted.
