Patient came for a capvaxive vaccine 12/5/25. patient states during administration experience extreme pain, felt as if it hit a bone. believes that it may have been administered incorrectly. she states she has ongoing pain, limit ranges of motion, difficulty doing normal activities, she is starting PT.
