Kinrix is licensed for use 4 to 6 year olds, when administered to a child younger than 4 years as DTaP and IPV doses 1, 2, or 3 does count as valid if all minimum intervals are met. Appropriate intervals were met. Re-administration of DTaP and IPV are not required. Patient had no adverse outcome.
